With every ship in the Pacific sinking under mysterious circumstances, Tommy and Jessica take TranZor Z and Aphrodite to investigate and are attacked by Scissors X2.

Dr. Demon sends the flying Sky Vampire to harass the Photo-Atomic Research Institute and TranZor Z, forcing Tommy to find a way to fight it from the ground.

Devleen orders Phoenix B5 to lure Jessica into a trap so they can study how Aphrodite and TranZor operates, forcing Tommy and Bobo's gang to stage a rescue.
